I have struggled so hard with this myself lately. I'm sorry you're going through it.
I hope you were able to fight the urge and if not I hope you’re okay, clean up and if the damage is bad please get to the er, they will admit you but they will also get you some help and fgice you stiches if needed. Im sorry you’re struggling stay safe.
