Going swimming weird

So I like to swim and my mom and I are going to the lake to swim today. Thing is, I have a complex relationship with my mom. It’s like emeshed. For example, she called my caseworker, my insurance and the place I go for rehab. And I’m almost 30 years old. Like she invites herself everywhere into my life if that makes sense. She’s also not respectful of me. And so I know she’s going to comment on my body which I hate. Idk why she does it. I always try to change the subject. Idk what is normal mom behavior and I am mentally ill so I think this is normal behavior but she will call me sexy and crap. Which makes me want to swim in my clothes. lol
