It’s almost 7:30pm
Cowboy and I are sitting here the kids have gone to bed (their bedtime is 7pm)

Cowboy: you know what sounds so good right now?
Me: what’s that?
Cowboy: green chile chicken enchiladas and Spanish rice. Can you make that for tomorrow? I’ll make a sandwich for dinner

You know what tf I did?!

I got up and started making it 🙂‍↕ my man is gonna get what he wants he works hard for us and also.. me for dessert? Yes please 🤭
