If you met somebody who has never heard of coca cola before how would you try to explain or describe it?

I think everyone has coke or something similar to it in their countries

It's the same as store brand cola but four times more expensive.

Something sparkly, sweet-sour, distantly herbal and acidic that makes your teeth rough. It's hard to feel the taste through the bubbles that sort of make your mouth sting when you freshly open the bottle. Later it's mostly sweet and slightly herbal.
