Surgery worry

I’m on tirzepatide and my body takes so long to recover. I skipped my dose this week for surgery which they keep saying don’t do it or we’ll reschedule. Thing is, my body hasn’t recovered and I am FULL of food. I … can’t go to the bathroom. Ever. My food just sits there no matter if I quit or not like I’m just stressing about choking. I know I am full of food cause I just tried to eat and about puked it all up. Had to eat very little.
