I’m only an hour and a half into work and I just got yelled at by a customer because they booked the wrong date

It’s not my fault they booked the wrong date but it can be easily fixed there’s no need to yell at me for it 😐

One good thing about working from home is they can’t see my facial expressions.. just have to maintain professional customer service voice 🙂‍↕

@Degbeme yeah I had it fixed for them quickly.. I try to ignore when customers are mean but it does suck
