why do I always feel like im suffocating in the shower with the steam?

Saunas and hot tubs it's not good for our little swimmers though.

i passed out a few times when i was younger from hot unventilated showers

Same and my heart doesn't feel okay as well. I avoid saunas and can't stay in hot springs for long.

Idk…I love saunas and hot showers.
