I used to be much more fun. Where did my energy go?

I'm just so tired all the time. Batteries don't last as long as they used to. Yet there's elderly people out there running marathons and I can barely muster a 8 hour work day.

Sounds like you need more exercise, strengthen your heart muscle. Buy yourself one of those pedometer watches that track your steps, like a fitbit or google watch. Set it to 10,000 steps per day and make sure to meet that target.
