Tirzepatide causing pain

So I’ve already ended up in the hospital over tirzepatide. I did lose a ton of weight. I only weigh 158 pounds now although I still want to stay on. But it’s killing me now and idk why. I’m just nauseous 24/7. I barely eat. Even drinking is hard and I had to get a bunch of nausea prescriptions and I was hooked to an iv because I was dehydrated. My brother just got on a pill weight loss med (I’m on a shot) and he was telling me his experience is much more mild. Well my issues started when I tried to increase through my provider and it hasn’t gone away. So I’m basically always in pain. I decided not to increase anymore btw but it’s like my body decided nope fuck you
