Would you move into an already furnished house/apartment?

not if I could help it. I like to pick out what is most comfortable for me. We have reclining furniture in the living, a coffee table with two large storage drawers, a lift up table for using the laptops, and more storage underneath it. We have an adjustable bed. That type of thing is important to me.

It would feel strange to me. Like i was visiting instead of owning. But I might be strange. When I bought this house first thing I did was replace the locks then the toilets.

@WanderlustCat would really have to be extra careful not to spill something on that furniture in case it stained. Would have to pay some heavy charges I imagine.

When younger you can live in such furnisged places...

When you have a family or have a partner, things do change.

I lived in many furnished apartments when I was younger.

[@DrWatson Did it feel better not having to buy anything or did it feel weird if you didn't like what was in there?
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@royalblue1193 I liked the idea of not being weighed down by possessions. I did not even own a car, as I lived where public transportation was quite good. I finally bought a car when I accepted my current job, in a state other than where I lived. It felt really good to know that everything I owned fit into a compact sedan.

The first apartment I I lived in here was furnished. Very depressing.
