My son would wake up crying, convinced he could see a "man with a hat" in his room for ages, in the end I told the man with the hat off for scaring my son and asked him to leave and it solved the problem.

@PatientlyWaiting25 it’s odd though that the man in her hat is always a common reoccurring nightmare in both adults and children

@CultOfPersonality I don't know what he saw, it might have been a traumatic memory too because he was fostered and then adopted by us.
