My neighbor yelled at me for smoking in the building when it's something that's allowed.

Nowhere does it say in the rule book that the complex is non smoking I looked to be sure. I've lived in the building for almost 4 years now and nobody has ever knocked on my door to yell at me about it until today. Normally if I smoke inside my apartment I crack a window to vent it out to be considerate especially in the wintertime. I did what I usually do and this older woman who lives across from me decided to yell at me about it. Now I'm not the only person who smokes in this building there's a few others who are pot smokers but I guess me being the cigarette smoker sticks out enough I guess. I apologized and told her I'd take it outside from now on just because I don't want to cause problems with anyone and she seemed very upset. I have heard her spraying the hallway before with febreeze and cussing people out calling them losers and all sorts of choice words for smoking. I know this because she once said while spraying the hallway that " he needs to get a damn job instead of huffing it up all day." Might have been directed to someone else but considering she lives across from me and specifically said he I'm assuming she meant me.
