Would you rent a room out of your house?
I'm considering the idea for financial reasons. Only thing is the house needs work so that might deter people oh and I have cats which I refuse to give up.

Our house has been more like a hotel at times. Both my sons have had their live in girlfriends there. One was American, stayed four months, paid rent. We also had one of my sons’ friends there, when he was not getting with his parents. Most stayed there for free. The cost of living was much cheaper then.
