Would you rent a room out of your house?

I'm considering the idea for financial reasons. Only thing is the house needs work so that might deter people oh and I have cats which I refuse to give up.

Keep odors to a minimum in your living quarters. Keep everything photo quality clean neat and not cluttered.Someone will want it, get people to help you ask around. Be as good as it gets with keeping your word and make sure you dont ask too much like most others. Aim for security for yourself more than that easier life you deserve, no snark scouts honor.
