So yes I have no money rn and I spent what I had on a cosmetic surgery so I’m going to basically starve for awhile. This is what I prioritize sometimes… lol

well.. did you take care of all the important and necessary finances before the surgery so you at least have a place to recover and food, etc ? if so then it's not that bad.
