More surgery

I didn’t have like a big nose before, but I just wanted it to be like I guess smoothed out and so I had a nose job and it was 10 K and now the surgeon has let me have two revision surgeries for just the price of anesthesia and my next surgery is February 18 and I’m stressed out about it 😆 I don’t know maybe you can start to get addicted to it but if he’s gonna hand out free surgeries, then I’m gonna take em I guess. Also he did a great job just I’m nitpicking. And no I’m not rich just he’s practically giving it out for free
