What's the clumsiest way you ever injured yourself?

There have been many occasions for me but I once fell over a shoe I had just take off and face planted into the shoe rack.

I was making fun of Holy Rollers on the radio....(Pentecostal church service on a Sunday night) kicked a door jamb and broke a toe.
