What's the clumsiest way you ever injured yourself?
There have been many occasions for me but I once fell over a shoe I had just take off and face planted into the shoe rack.

I once fell ice skating only I was at a standstill. Broke my tailbone.

@robbie2499 that sounds really painful! I've only been ice skating once,i bruised my bum so was never tempted to head back!
