After all these years I have learnt to let go of the past.
For many, many years I was looking back, saying, woe is me.
Now? I live daily thinking what will I do today to enrich my experience?
Sure, I have a couple of plans for future trips, but certainly not all consuming.

Yeah, I always need to be reading, listening or watching something to pass the time optimally.

I’m pretty much, “in the moment”.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
@Wiseacre It seems to. I enjoy life. I’m not a worrier. I just try to envision my life and then jump in and enjoy it. I’m pretty goal oriented. I enjoy work and play. I’ve survived enough family stuff and come out the other side successfully. That hardens you, but it also leaves you very calm.

Sometimes when people on here act rude. Like by not responding to DMs

The present moment is all we have. It's where life is lived.
