Well.. it’s 11pm..

The house is vacuumed, kitchen and bathrooms are clean and the laundry is mostly caught up I’m sleepy now it’s time to do my workout then shower and go to bed

@HumanEarth dude, if you're not an avid outdoorsman, Wisconsin doesn't really have all that to offer. Sure, there is the state fair and summerfest. But that's all in Milwaukee. You probably have never gone to either. The cranberry festival upstate, the walleye festival in fon du lac, and so much more. Dude. Why aren't you living?

@Captainjackass I do my lighter workout at night but my more intense morning or midday it depends on the day honestly so that probably helps

@MommaBear I can barely exercise a single time a day for half an hour. Then again I might have Addisons disease so that’s probably why.

@Captainjackass I understand I have an autoimmune disease and on my hard days it isn’t easy at all those days it’s typically rest days or very light workouts multiple times depending on how bad I’m feeling
