Jiminy Christmas these palpitations are obnoxious

I most likely have some kind of heart condition. Keep having these random palpitations and dizzy moments. They've been a thing in the past but it's increased. Sometimes I wonder if my gerd has something to do with it because my stomach has been burning lately.
