I think for my own good I’m going to have to ask for a permanent cast instead of a removable one..

I’m a sleepwalker and I woke up to my cast off and me laying on my wrist…with the cast next to me no memory of taking off the cast 😬😅

@MommaBear Depending on the cast you have, you might even be able to bulk up your pillowcase over the fastenings so you can't touch them at all with your fingers as you are sleeping...
