To the reciever yes, to you no.
Its a common moral ethics sort of question.
There are two people neither hurts others, lies, or steals.
One does it because thats who they are, the other does it only because they fear hell, if they thought they could get away with it they would but they want they payoff.
Are these people the same level of good/kind?
Take out religion from it, some people only dont kill because its a crime, or steal or whatever.
I could easily rant further but to save the strangers of the internet time ill cease. The badics of the concept were made/stated/explained
