Yes of course it is. Kindness given with discernment, meaning that, to not be wasted whereas you know there's no open channel to receive it.
I was listening to this podcast this morning, they were discussing, how in the 60s this wave of love brought fear to those who weren't ready to receive it and so what later followed was an extreme oscillation, as a polarity within our societies and therefore ourselves.
It's good to be kind with all, and know when the situation asks for a bridge.
Sometimes we can bridge with kindness, sometimes we cannot.
