Would you work through a 5 day 10 hour work week due to "overtime/scheduled extra time" or would that be your sign to cut ties and quit?

I've done that many times, I wouldn't quit over it. Sometimes overtime is nice if you need the money. What isn't cool is when they do that to you and you are on salary.

I worked a 10 hours per day, 5 day week for 17 years, they expected Saturday overtime too but I hardly obliged.

Nah I’d do it as long as I enjoy it… I’ve had wayyy longer weeks 😅 tbh that sounds like a break

Dude i work 13 hr days till the project is over or 4 weeks

We worked six eight hour days from August through March one year...
