why are mens perfume always so strong and heavy?

I haven't worn cologne in a long time, so I wouldn't know anything about that. At the time I did wear it, there was no complaints. Just some men put on more than they need to

I love a good cologne on a man. It can be intoxicating and sexy. So it’s just personal preference.
