Bump it up!

It's time to bump up my miles on my nightly bike ride. From 6 to 10 miles! I'm getting leaner, stronger, emotionally healthier, and mentally sharper!

Same thing with my workout. It's getting too easy as I get stronger and can endure more. Been thinking about adding another 2 sets since I've been adding one extra here and there just to feel a little burn
