Good lord my body feels like it's vibrating after eating chinese food hours ago

Feels weird like this tingling pulsating sensation. Just feel gross. I got vegetable lomein and veggie fried rice

Maybe it's not the food.... typically food poisoning has severe stomach pain or nausea. Do you feel uptight about something?
