Would a landlord tell you if you passed an house inspection or if they dont point anything out directly it should be fine?

Do you mean an apartment inspection or a house that is for rent if you are signing a rental agreement you have the right to ask that question and they do have to disclose that data. I don't know if certain States laws are different but that is the way it is here in Florida. And if you are a building a home or having a home placed on a property it has to pass inspection and you are given a copy of that paperwork before you move in
