@WowwGirl My question was why you think that the Japanese are exemplars of that?

@SomeMichGuy martial arts and math? Everyone knows that .
They beat the game of roulette and judo started there.

Their movements and fluidity in MMA is dominated by Japanese. like the NBA is by black people or hockey is by white

@WowwGirl Math...smh...a standard trope which ignores better contenders.

@SomeMichGuy I think it's just what your exposed to or have access to. That's it

@WowwGirl I get that they have definitely developed fighting styles integrated into their and national identity, and physical training in martial
arts is particularly common in some countries, including Japan.
But I'm not sure what you mean by
?
This has been done many times by people analyzing specific physical
wheels.

@SomeMichGuy you are right but not to the level they had it. It took me years just to count cards. They have pages of equations I don't know how it's done honestly.

@WowwGirl As I said, I'm not familiar with what "the Japanese" did...do you have a link?
It's likely they used a Bayesian analysis of a real wheel--seeding it with the "fair" probabilities--to update these to the actual probabilities of hitting each "pocket" (and thus understanding the actual probabilities for the various bets).

@SomeMichGuy I don't have a link but I'm sure Google will know the details. Id get it but I'm tiered and lazy at the moment sorry

See already you know more theories than me. I'm a science girl. I respect people good at math because it's very difficult to me👍
I clawed my way through college you sound like you have excellence in math

@WowwGirl I have been multiply blessed, but one of the smartest things I did was to take calculus at the local junior college while in high school (when it wasn't free, back when the Earth was still cooling). It was a good move, because the 500-person courses at major / larger universities insert TAs between you and the professor and can do a worse job of educating.
So I tell anyone who might listen to take Calculus, Engineering Physics (follow on of Halliday & Resnick) w/lab, any Chemistry w/lab, and Psych 101, Econ 101, etc., at your local junior college.

@SomeMichGuy I have a degree in one of those believe it or not. Didn't have to take anything beyond temporary math and chemistry of medicine. Yes you're right I regret not taking more math now

I'm researched certified, Does that count? Lol
