I don’t carry anything, I do hold my keys so I can poke an eye out though. Honestly I make eye contact with men, show them I’m not all that scared and won’t go quietly.

My purse full of change

Nothing. But I wear a backpack with my belongings in it and my arms free. I dont use my phone as I walk down the street or wear valuable jewellery or watch.

My daughter usually carries a knife, pepper spray & a taser when she goes running.

Taser in my purse and in college I carried a different type of protection for emergency. Condoms.

I have some pringles in my purse. If attacked i will offer those and hope the advertising "once you pop, you cant stop" is a real thing and i can make my escape..
