If you could have one wish in the world for yourself or anyone else what would it be?

For my son to live a full healthy life that makes him content. For him to never forget he is loved.

Death can help you with this. I don't mean literal death but, death of who you are now.
You need to allow yourself to shed. The new Chinese year of the snake approaching so no better time than that to shed an old skin.

I've been reading a book lately talking about, how by changing one single thing, you can actually change the course of your life.
How by going for this coffee over there for example, or for that grocery shop or for that movie... You're encountering this and this... Don't underestimate the small things. Hold on there.

What I'd wish to change... Nothing. I'm perfect as I am. I am good, doing my thing.
I trust that things will settle.

I'd wish that as a whole we would wake up to true health and set it, natural health and well being as our top priority. Because when one is relaxed and rested, love flows more easily 🌸

I'd wish for many things to get off the insulin, to be made understood and not the enemy of someone I love who suffers from mental illness...
I would wish that mental illness away and I would wish my anxiety and depression away

I would wish good things for the people who deserve it.

My kids never having thoughts of suicide, yet knowing life isn't always perfect.

Id wish there was no such thing as disability.... like autism, and cerebral palsy etc.

It just seems so unfair.
