Me either but I turn 50 in April.

SW-User
My cousin who has CP turned 50 on Jan 1, 2025 when he was born he wasn't expected to live but by the grace of God he made it. He uses a power wheelchair to get around and he goes all over the place but he made it 50 years ago.

I get that.

I am 72, but the birthday that was the most difficult was 50.

All I can say, based on my experience, is that once I accepted that I was on the "other side" of that number, the following birthdays were easy!
I have a number of years on you. Stop and realize you still have your youth especially if you maintain a positive attitude!! Don’t quit!

Turning 50 was really hard for me. And now I’m more worried about turning 60 in four years

I feel ya. I want to stay my current age forever. I don't see any benefits to getting old
Nebula · 41-45, F
I feel that, I'm about to be 45

Only thing to do is make the best of it.

@ImNotHungry Not with these achy joints. The cold is making them ache.

@SpaceCreature Tell me about it.

It's just like I am going to toilet to take a dump but I have no desire to do so
The alternative is no bargain either.
