Same thing happened in New York City. Bill DeBlasio's wife Charlene McCray was put in charge of a big mental health foundation called ThriveNYC. $900 million appears to be unaccounted for.

Between DeBlasio and his wife, it is estimated that 1.8 Billion just disappeared.

But Gavin Newsome is the all time champ of money wasting, for sure.
