Do strangers randomly come up to you in public ?? If they do, what usually is their reason ??

Sometimes. I guess I seem approachable. I'm just as likely to speak to them first. If I see someone with a Maga hat, or something pretty, I have to compliment them. Or if I see someone lost or needing help, I will try to help them.
