People post stuff trying to get a reaction out of others and law enforcement. Someone probably called the cops on them complaining that they were standing there

The guy cop quickly found out what they were up to and left since they're doing nothing illegal. The woman cop didn't have a clue and kept pressing them, giving the reaction they were looking for
