Hot pork sausage, beef tips and button mushrooms

Sweet yellow onions and sliced black olives slowly caramelized together in extra virgin olive oil, salt, butter, and red wine vinegar, plus when I brown the 80/20 ground beef, I add the seasonings while it's still raw. My recipe below.
