For those who have kids....... do your kids have the same personality characteristics as you ???

I don't have biological children but those under my guardianship do pick up some of my personality traits, especially the sassiness. Which is why I have to try and be a nicer person, lol.

My daughter is adopted but she shares the same values as me and has some tastes the same.

Absolutely. My son is independent, he's shy, but chooses to stand out from everyone else by dressing his own way and not like everyone else. His grades could be better, but I wasn't much of a scholar myself. He looks just like me when I was his age, only taller. 🙂

There are photos of us where we very much resemble each other. And she keeps saying, “I got that from you, Mom!”

And maybe she did, but while we have many things in common, she is entirely her own self.

Yes he looks like me ..yes he has my sense of humor and some other personality traits of mine .

He is friendly , polite , chatty ..takes after Hubs on that end

They got the best bits and pieces of me and made them better. Appearance-wise, they’re patchworks. The oldest has my ears, and the youngest has a dimple in her right cheek only just like I do. That’s all I contributed. lol

My elder daughter looks more like her mum's side but has my autism and slightly fiery character (interestingly, for water signs) plus scoliosis from her mum. My younger daughter is a proper visual mix of me and her mum. Has my height and the hair I used to have and freckles from us both. Her sense of humour is like mine. Both have my blue eyes but cleverer than me so get their intellect from their mum, along with their artistic inclinations and skills 😜

My son is his daddy’s clone. My adopted niece ( daughter) has taken on a lot of my traits.

Very similar personality...which I didn't see it when he was younger, but now I do...

Looks-wise he's so much more handsome than me (thank God!). When he and his cousins are together they look like five brothers !!!

My kids both look like a mixture of me and their dad. They look a lot alike although they have different personalities. Both have great hearts though. As a mom I couldn’t ask for more than that.

My daughter is a mix of her bio dad, my mom and my dad's mother. We have the same sense of humor but we're very different yet similar in many ways.

My kids definitely do but they also have added in their own personality to the mix which makes them totally awesome! My kids crack me up. 😂

My oldest daughter looks like her dad but has more of my personality… where as my youngest daughter looks like me and has her dad’s quirkiness.

Oh yes, but even more funny and witty. A tiny bit of her dad's mean streak.
