it terrifies everyone who hears it

I rock my legs back & forth while I'm asleep. I have RLS so I do it when I'm awake too but I guess it continues while I sleep 🤷

I would sleep walk as a kid too and on rare occasions still do. Maybe that is why I do not sleep well when traveling..

I also slept walked as a kid. I don't think I do anything now except for talking in my sleep.

Nothing that weird. 😅 I just turn around so my head is on the foot end and my feet are on the pillow.
