Didn't help at all and it turns out I was allergic to it.
The only thing that helped was a total replacement. but... I will say that taking a cocktail of 1 each 800mg ibuprofen and 1 each 600mg Tylenol Arthritis Tablet just before laying down would allow me to get a few hours sleep.

@Threepio that's what we are discussingnow a total replacement they put me on the robaxin 3times a day , another pain pill every 8 hrs and that's what they want me to take as well 2 500mg Tylenol every 6 hrs and 800mg ibuprofen 3 times a day
@Beautyinbroken I'm sure your doctor is not over prescribing, but I caution you on several points.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) can be toxic (liver) if you take too much and Ibuprofen in large quantities can adversely affect your kidney functions.
If you have multiple doctors.... make sure you take a list of your meds and how often you take them to each and every appointment AND TELL THEM what you are taking and how often you are taking it.

@Threepio no only seeing surgeon and they know of my other two meds I'm on that's nothing compared to the shit I was on after my first surgery which wasn't just cause of surgery but all the shit I was on after the accident
@Beautyinbroken I hear you....
My surgeons prescribed all kinds of opiates after my replacement. Just looked in my desk drawer and the bottles are still sealed. Didn't need them after getting the total replacement....
Was actually up and walking (with a walker) late that night
