Oh yeah before I forget
Has anybody taken robaxin before it's one of four meds the Dr called in for my hip if so does it work? Did it make you sleepy? Should I eat with it ?

I’m on the other side, I work for an orthopedic surgeon
It’s not one of the standard meds we give after surgery but it’s definitely one we have given
It’s a muscle relaxer so it would help with the pain somewhat but it’s not meant to be doing the heavy lifting in that department, likely they’re giving the meds to help with muscle issues related to surgery like spasms or like retractions
It can make you drowsy, in fact some people use them to help sleep through the night for for short terms
You don’t have to take it with food
The default template I have to write a script for muscle relaxers is to take it before bed

@JRVanguard I haven't had the surgery yet my hip is fractured in two spots this time I have already had surgery on it before it an had plate pins an screws this time pretty sure full hip replacement

@JRVanguard But before he does the replacement I have got to have a aspiration done to rule out infection so I'm just waiting to do that now
