@Lilnonames Do You and @XDHyperGirlXD1 think I am doing the right thing with the way I'll be changing my eating habits and routines? I'll also be seriouly cutting down my soda intake, maybe I'll be able to get down to 180 again by xmas, I'm currently 276.
@Lilnonames Also, if I get down to that weight, maybe they'll approve the surgery to fix my heart valve and scrape the scarring and residual clots out of my lungs from my last bout and get healthy again, I may be able to power walk and power cycle again, and get off assisted oxygen.

@UnderLockDown Kefir grains can also be used to make a natural pineapple soda, it is DELICIOUS!!! With active, living, grains most juice will ferment in less than 12 hours. Way better for you than soda, and it could do wonders for digestive issues.
You can get kefir grains online, I've had great results on ebay.

@Lilnonames My step sister's ex brother in law drank nothing but mountain dew, he drove a vending route for pepsi in the 70's and 80's for years, the caffeine burned a hole in his esophagus and stomach over that time, as well as destroyed his kidneys.
@Lilnonames The funny thing is I barely touched soda until I got with my late ex fiancee in 2001, her and her son were addicted to diet soda, but I at least I got them off that when I told them of the nutrasweet formaldehyde connection.

@Lilnonames I watched a family friend slowly die from diabetes, it was very sad. She went blind and had to have a few amputations. Terrible way to go.

@Lilnonames My older maternal cousin lost her adult daughter a few years ago from complications after an amputation of one of her legs, she had type 1 from birth.
