Neither. They are all animal products which means they are unhealthy and supporting those industries is a vote for animal abuse with every dollar you spend. The choice is yours. Eat real plant based food or chicken menstruation.
@Chickie There is nothing regular about animal products unless you aren't concerned about your health or the welfare of non-human animals. Any processed food is unhealthy and that includes processed meat substitutes.
