If you work hard and succeed, you should not feel guilty about it. You have earned it. But, remember, with success comes responsibility.

I agree, give away your knowledge to those who are willing to receive it. I’ve known people who seemed successful on the outside but they were hoarding all the responsibility at work, not allowing others to shine and eventually they couldn’t take anymore and left the place disabled because nobody knew how to do a lot of the work.

But yeah, if you’re contributing in a way that makes something better and you are compensated for it you should feel great about it. Others will be jealous no matter what, those that don’t turn that jealousy into action to better themselves don’t matter because they will only try and bring you down instead of raise themselves up.
