I was at work one night and saw this big cockroach on it's back slowly dying.
I refused to give aid, and I work at a hospital. Pretty ironic I know.

They can live without their heads attached for a period of time supposedly. Can your patients do that? And whats a cockroach doing in a hospital setting?
