What would you do if you were in a fight with a monster and then it begged you for mercy. What would you do ?

My definition of a monster is a human that has earned that title and needs to be removed from existence.
Vampire, a Frankenstein, a demon. They aren't hurting anyone. Great intentional harm only comes from humans. Thus only humans can be monsters.
So the short answer is no.
