If someone "identifies as" having a job or title they don't actually have, what would be a good term for that?

Preferably something that starts with 'Trans'. Someone who thinks they're president when they're not, is some kind of trans person.

Transfinancial - Someone id's as a different class, like a rich man trapped in a poor man's body.
Transspecies - A human being thinks they're something not human, mentally or spiritually most likely.
Transracial / transethnic - Obvious enough.
