What is the latest performative right wing outrage?

@Bumbles whatever Quad Indicted’s latest hissy rant is about
@Bumbles You call it performative outrage, I call it standing up against ignorant censorship. It’s amazing how liberals let these kinds of issues slide today. They used to be punk rock and rebellious, now they’re worse than the Christian moralists of the 90s and 2000s… Not a right winger btw. You don’t have to be associated with a cult to be against this garbage 🤣

@ToastyPickles I made my kid wear a "F*CK THE POLICE" patch at school, so I do see your point.
@Bumbles Lol… You MADE your kid wear that? Or did your kid want to wear that? There’s a big difference 🤣

My point is that many modern liberals approve of blatant censorship so long as it suppresses ideas that they don’t agree with. You seem to be downplaying this specific instance and labeling it “right wing”. If you were truly anti censorship, then you’d defend ALL free expression… even the stuff you don’t agree with.

@ToastyPickles Both sides need to be treated the same. This was probably overreach, but no, I don't support total free expression for kids in public school. I would not support a 9 year old wearing a swastika, for example, or Black Lives Matter shirt. One rule for all kids so there is no favoritism.

I was kidding about the F the police..sorry bout that.
@ToastyPickles Funny that you’re blaming censorship in schools on "liberals" when in the South Republican lawmakers are censoring actual history classes ! Some don’t even want Martin Luther King, Jr taught about because they worry that white kids will feel bad ! How’s that for censorship?
@Bumbles You compare the idea that "Black Lives Matter" to Nazism ? That’s very interesting, indeed. 😞

@bijouxbroussard I don’t think they are remotely similar. My point is that political messaging should not be worn by kids in public school as you can’t choose which messages are allowed. That’s “content discrimination” and would be illegal.
@Bumbles Whew, that I can appreciate. Fair enough.
