don't you hate it when...

people come at you with a sob ass story, and then you compare your sob ass story; you compare a trust and this some sort of bond, feeling like you can trust them, they can trust you. everything is all well and good. and then one day, just one day (or a moment, or a glimpse of a second), they just start acting different? when you worked up every nerve in you to pour yourself out and cater to whatever position in life, and then notice into their life, all of a sudden they're just done with you?

funny how sometimes people want shelter and comfort from their past or whatever they're going through, just to use someone who is willing and able to help as someone they can use as a stepping stone.

There’s a pretty good chance that something offensive was said, and the other party would rather keep it to themselves to avoid a verbal lashing. To avoid the awkwardness because they don’t even know how to explain why or how they are hurt ..Most sensitive people don’t want to say anything that could hurt someone else, and it’s easier to let the friendship slip away…than to know how to tell other people how they were hurt, or think that the other person won’t care or understand. Misunderstandings are the reason most people have conflict. Unresolved conflict is like having a splinter in your finger.
