I was at a fast food joint using the restroom and this woman brought her grown ass son into the womens room to use the bathroom like wtf.

I wish i spoke spanish cause i would have yelled at her. Your son is grown why the hell is he using the womens restroom? Cant you go here and he go to the mens? Wtf dude

@rosyhills yes, I mean it depends on their intention. I mean they can’t go in the men’s bathroom looking like a woman either because they will be assaulted. One time at my old job the trans guy working there came into the ladies bathroom. I kind of felt awkward but I didn’t say anything cause he prefers a female gender identity. As long as men aren’t pretending to be trans just to sneak into a women’s bathroom then I guess it’s safe.

It's possible that he's developmentally disabled and can't use the restroom by himself. It might have been more appropriate for her to have gone with him into the men's room. If it was a father with his grown daughter, I'm not sure what the best way to handle that would be. I guess if it was me, I would take my daughter with me into the men's room and have her use a toilet.

But that's my guess, she couldn't let him use the bathroom on his own. Now, if the guy was totally normal, that's different.
